Setting up a shuttle for your guests is as easy as making a 5-minute phone call to us to let us know the party details, then letting your guests know they have the option of sharing a taxi ride to get to the party and giving them our number. Your guests would then call us, say they are into it and we collect all the addresses and cell phone numbers, set up times for pickups and then the riders pay when they get picked up (or you can pay in advance if that's what you want to do).
If you are having a party or get-together and have limited parking available, we can arrange a parking lot where your friends and guests can leave their cars and shuttle to and from the party. But the safest way to party is by shuttling guests to/from their front doors.
When we have worked with guests of parties they have been so stoked that the phone call to our taxi company was made. We make several vehicles available to get people where they need to go. At the end of the evening people are very good about grouping up into "West Shore," "Squaw," Incline," "Truckee," etc based on the direction the cab will be headed, so it's very easy for everyone involved. And you know what...it's pretty fun, too!

Sharing rides is super-cheap, easy and fun!
If you are doing the park-and-shuttle option and there is a convenient parking lot where everyone parks less than 10 miles from the party, the rate can be as low as $5 per person per direction.
For door-to-door shuttles: If you are throwing a party in Tahoe City, for example, and your guests are coming from as far south as Homewood and maybe as far north as the CBC then we would send out multiple vehicles and our drivers can start at the furthest locations and make several stops en route to the party and everyone splits the ride (rate would be based on mileage and # of people sharing the ride, so 8 miles at $5/mile with 10 people would be $4 a person + tip...not too shaby!).
